1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the October 17, 2005 meeting.
2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the appointment of Susan Desrocher to the E.B. Arts Council effective immediately through June 30, 2008.
3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of John Haines, Highway Surveyor, to declare an emergency within the Highway department due to structural damage to the highway facilities in doing so allow the town to seek relief from Chapter 30b procurement laws and act in the best interest of the town to provide for expedient procurement of the necessary facilities.
